ESPAÑOL El Iral Bosque Nuboso tiene una altitud de 2200 msnm. (7200 pies) y está ubicado entre dos parques nacionales, Braulio Carrillo y Volcán Irazú. En esta elevación se pueden encontrar un alto número de especies endémicas regionales, que hacen del Iral uno de los mejores lugares para la observación de aves de altura en nuestro país. Pueden recorrer el sendero “quetzales”, que lleva el nombre de una de las aves más bellas del mundo: el Quetzal Resplandeciente, que a menudo se puede observar en el lugar. Algunas de las otras especies que habitan nuestra propiedad son: Wrentrush, Nightingale Thrush, Black-billed Nightingale Thrush, Long-tailed Silky Flycatcher, Buffy Tufted Cheek, Lechuza costarricense, Clorofonia de ceja dorada, Tucanete esmeralda, muchas especies de colibríes y por supuesto el Quetzal Resplandeciente ENGLISH el Iral Cloud Forest has an elevation of 2200 m. (7200 ft.) and is located between two national parks, Braulio Carrillo and Irazú Volcano. This is the elevation in Costa Rica where you can find a high number of regional endemic species that makes El Iral one of the most unique locations to watch birds in our country. You can try the Quetzal trail, named after one of the most beautiful birds in the world- the Resplendent Quetzal which can often be seen on this trail. Some of the other exotic species you can view on our property are: Wrentrush, Black-billed Nightingale Thrush, Long-tailed Silky Flycatcher, Buffy Tufted Cheek, Costa Rican Pygmy-Owl, Golden-browed Chlorophonia, Emerald Toucanet, many hummingbird species and of course the Resplendent Quetzal
